Shipping :: Bisque Workshop

Our workshop is based on the beautiful island of Skopelos. We make sure to ship our ceramics as

quickly and safely as possible.

We ship orders in EU as well as all over the world.
Shipping and handling costs are extra to the price and will be calculated at checkout. Shipping costs

Orders in Greece are usually delivered within 3-5 working days. If you need your order earlier, please do not hesitate to contact us to arrange.

Shipping and handling charges for EU countries are extra and will be calculated based on location and package weight at checkout. When you place your products in the cart and proceed to the checkout, the cost shipping will be automatically calculated based on these two variables. Delivery time for EU is within 10-15 business days from dispatch (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).
All items are handmade, so production and delivery of your item may take some time.

ADDRESSES OUTSIDE THE EU

The shipping price for countries outside the EU will be calculated on request, please contact us at

bisqueskopelosisland@gmail.com.

Delivery time for non-EU countries is within 35 days of dispatch (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and

public holidays). International orders may take up to several weeks to be delivered.

In addition to shipping costs, please take into account when you order that your package will be

taxed upon entry into your country and you may be charged customs/handling fees before you

receive your package. This is the fee set by your country and is a separate cost from the shipping

fees we charge.

Please enter your delivery address carefully and correctly as we cannot be held responsible for any

undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details provided to us. We

cannot control any delays caused by customs. Shipping costs depend on your location and package

weight.

All our ceramic products are handmade, each item is one of a kind and we have a wide variety of

colours and designs in our ceramic collections. It is not always possible to have every available item

in stock. However, we can always make your favourite one. You can send us an email and we will

be happy to make some ceramics especially for you. For special orders we need about 4-6 weeks +

delivery.

If the item is ready, it takes 1-5 working days to leave our workshop.
For a special order, it may take 4-5 weeks before it is ready to be sent.
For orders within the country, it usually takes another 1-2 working days for the package to be

delivered.

For international orders, delivery time depends on destination and preferred shipping method.
